Today is Sunday which means this is the day we begin the trip home. We got up at 6:30a, had a buffet breakfast, and loaded up the motor coaches and departed the hotel for good. Read more
On our way home we got to stop by Mount Vernon National Home of former president, George Washington. It was really cool to see the house and experience where he lived.
On the way home, one of the motor coaches broke down but since we were so far in front, we were the only coach allowed to continue home. We were delayed about 90 minutes, but everyone else didn’t get home until the early morning.
It was a great trip!
