Drove south towards New Smyrna Beach. Took a pit stop at Ft Matanzas National Monument and then a took ferry over to the actual fort. It was pretty cold, but a really neat fort. There was a tight squeeze to get to the roof where I couldn’t bend my legs and could only use my arms to pull me up.
We hung around and got some pictures and then took the ferry back to the visitor center to get our hiking stick medallions. Continuing down A1A to Daytona Beach!
